Balancing handcraft with modernity, this beautifully crafted bangle features the Ohiri Ehunba symbol. Make this minimal yet eye-catching piece a daily companion to elevate your basics and accentuate eveningwear.

- Recycled gold plated brass

- Bracelet measurements : 190 mm / 210 mm or Ø 65 mm

- Handcrafted in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire

In 2013, inspired by the Akan people of West Africa (whose descendants now populate countries like Ghana & Côte d’Ivoire), our creative director sought to improve her knowledge of their jewellery art by engaging Akan traditional leaders in a research project. Our unique Akan symbol, Ehunba, was the result of that project.

Ehunba means Union, and represents the core of our concept: A bridge, connecting ancient art & craft to contemporary aesthetics. Additionally, it serves as a reminder of unity, marking no distinction between race, colour, religion or lifestyle.

Pure sterling silver requires proper care and cleaning to maintain its initial luster and brilliance. Sterling Silver may tarnish and oxidise. This is a natural reaction to chemicals in the atmosphere, heat and the body oils of the wearer. Discoloration can usually be removed by careful use of a good quality jewellery cleaning cloth.

To extend the life of your gold plated jewellery, avoid wearing it when washing hands, showering, applying lotion, or using harsh cleaning supplies. To clean your jewellery, buff it gently with a soft and dry 100% cotton cloth or a microfiber cloth. Do not use jewellery cleaner on gold plated jewellery.
